Barns of Glastonbury

By January 8, 2022February 15th, 2024No Comments

The Town of Glastonbury has been a farming community since 1693. There are about 30 recognized farms within the borders of Glastonbury and South Glastonbury. Many of the local barns were built in the 18th and 19th century.

Did you know? There’s a statewide, self-guided tour called “The Connecticut Barns Trail.” You can find it on www.Connecticutbarns.org.
