Abijah Carrington House, Milford, Connecticut:
At 88 West Main Street is an ageless early-Colonial saltbox built around 1750. The property is a key part of Milford’s River Park Historic District. The Carrington family were some of the earliest English settlers in Milford. A plaque on the front of the house incorrectly spells Abijah as “Abijar.”
